Management systems
The production areas at Grunewald are certified according to DIN ISO 9001, DIN ISO 14001 and DIN ISO 50001.
In addition to the comprehensive quality assurance facilities that are used for the final inspection during the manufacturing of products or tools, it is just as important to utilise product-oriented and process-oriented monitoring mechanisms during the entire design and manufacturing period.
This includes detailed functional specifications for the individual areas and the interfaces between them, as well as process monitoring, material controls, samplings and acceptances with the corresponding documentation.
Our quality management system therefore does not have a function that is purely monitoring and controlling, but also a guiding/controlling and optimising function for processes and products. It is our goal, to ensure the best possible quality for our customers.
The protection of resources and full compliance with legal environmental general requirements are valid as well. The reduction of ecological damages is an important goal for Grunewald. By this means, we contribute to the high expectations of the public and to strengthen the trust of our customers, suppliers, employees and other partners of Grunewald.
Processes with high impact on energy consumption are observed in an integrated way and continuously evaluated. The measures derived from the evaluation improve the efficient use of energy and resources.
